For Qualification and Certification of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Personnel and Exposure Device Operators (EDO), register with Natural Resources Canada, Ottawa.
To Register, submit the required documentation, which includes :
1) Application form
2) Eye Exam Report
3) Code Of Conduct for NDT Personnel.
4) Training certificate
